Supply List - Knitting & Felting: Time and Place

Items required for the first class:

- 1-2 colours of chunky or bulky yarn (quality not important)

- 1 pair of straight knitting needles between size 6mm - 8mm (ideally 10" long if this will be your first time knitting. If you have experience please bring the length you like to work with)

- notebook and something to write with

- scissors

Supplies to be discussed in class before purchase:

- yarn

- wool rovings (2 + colours)

- sponge

- 4-5 felting needles

- found wool textiles (clothing, blankets, etc)

- knitting needles

- sheet of plastic

- piece of silk fabric

- styrofoam and/or wire

Optional:

- access to a camera (your phone will work great)
