Supply List - Drawing as Meditation

- A good pad of mixed media drawing paper, appropriate for wet and dry materials. Ideally 120–140 lb (20–300 gsm) and at least 11x14” (example)

- Journal or notebook for writing exercises

- Set of pencils with a range of Hs and Bs

- Set of pencil crayons (set of 12 is fine)

- A few ink pens in a variety of weights - Micron or something similar (example)

- Small bottle of india ink

- 1 paint brush of any kind or size

- Optional - the book we will reference in class: Consolations: The Solace, Nourishment, and the Underlying Meaning of Everyday Words by David Whyte
