Supply List - Drawing the Canadian Landscape

Items required for the first class:

- few sticks of compressed charcoal

- willow or vine stick charcoal

- a range of conte 

- 1 sheets of white Stonehenge drawing paper 250gsm

- sketchbook in the 14x17" size range - with a heavier weight paper, something like mixed media paper or bristol paper ~250gsm

Additional items to be discussed during first class:

- a set of pencils

- kneadable eraser

- rubber eraser

- pencil sharpener

- small set of chalk pastels (optional)

- clean cotton rag

- blending stump 

- exacto knife

- small sheet of sandpaper

- masking tape
