Art Supply Store

• 5 plain 11x14 hardboard panels (available at Island Blue or Opus)

• Acrylic matte medium (any brand)

• Matte Gel medium (Golden or Triart)

• Small Bottle Liquitex Clear Gesso (don’t buy another brand)

• Set of acrylic paints (any brand)

• Acrylic brushes (medium & smaller size)

• Mixed Media sketchbook (8x10” or 9x12”)

• Small bottle of Speedball super black India Ink

• Palette paper pad

• Black sharpie

• X-acto knife

• Posca white pen fine

• Sheet of inexpensive white poster board

Hardware Store

• Sanding block (medium)

• Foam brushes in several sizes 2”- 4”

• Rolls of blue shop towels (recommended)

Other Items

• Coloured and decorative papers, old magazines, brown wrapping paper

• Notebook and pen for class notes

• Old used credit card

• Be prepared to have digital prints made at Prism Imaging and B&W and colour photocopies at Staples/Monks

Optional

• Tripod holder (recommend ulanzi st-27 or any Metal mount, avoid plastic!!)

• Metal Tripod, (avoid plastic) or Gorilla Pod (table top tripod) (London Drugs)

• Blue tooth shutter release for phone (Amazon)
