Supply List - Textiles: Mending, Unraveling Weaving

Items required for the first class:

- fabric pieces

- embroidery needle

- embroidery cotton (2-3 colours minimum) or thin yarn (fits in your embroidery needle)

- textile item to patch

- paper or sketchbook and pencil

- medium size embroidery hoop (6-8”)

- fabric scissors

The rest will be discussed in class as needed:

- darning needle

- knit or crotched wool object to take apart

- choice of felting needle, crochet hook or knitting needles (to be discussed in class)

- cardboard

- yarn, fingering or worsted weight in at least 3 different colour ways
