Supply List - The Elements of Abstract Painting

Acrylic Paint 150ml each of opus brand:

Ultramarine blue cool Cadmium yellow deep warm Leaf green warm

Cobalt blue warm Alizaren crimson cool Black

Phalo blue Cadmium red warm Phalo green cool

Lemon yellow light cool

475ml of White and mediums:

Titanium white

Satin acrylic medium

Optional additional colours 60ml each of:

Primary red Rose Turquoise

Yellow ochre Violet Zinc white

Paints you already have and would like to bring

Paint brushes:

Flat 4 Round 1 One smaller house painting brush

Filbert 4 Round 2 Other additional brushes you have

Filbert 2 Angle 8

10 pieces of good one side ¼  inch plywood cut into 12x16 inches (fits in carry on) that are prepped with primer before coming to the workshop. Most hardware stores and Home depot will cut wood to size.

Tools/Equipment:

• Painters tape

• Pallet knives

• Scraper

• Sandpaper

• 1 medium nail

• Apron

• Surface to be used as a painter’s pallet

• A couple of plastic yogurt for holding water and rinsing out brushes

Optional:

• A stay wet pallet
