    Discover Tim McCormack's background and education. Biography Tim McCormack is a Toronto-based artist with a Masters Interdisciplinary from York University and an undergraduate diploma from OCAD. He is an accomplished artist with thirty years of teaching experience to college students and adult learners. For the last ten years he has been the Lead Instructor in the Figure Drawing Stream in the Bachelor of Animation Program at Sheridan College (Oakville, Ontario). Tim's art practice includes landscape, portraiture and images for the Digital Romantic Landscape , his visual Master's thesis film. He presented in Society for Animation Studies Conferences in Toronto and Canterbury, England. He has had several solo shows of watercolours, oils and pastels. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration and nine professional designations (four international) in real estate appraisal and urban land economics. Over the years Russ has volunteered on land use committees, neighbourhood community associations and professional panels. He is a collector of art, patron to artists and hobby artist primarily with respect to paintings on canvas. Russ has endless passion about all aspects of the art world from the prepping of a canvas to the tax mechanisms of art foundations.
