Discover James Letkeman's background and education. Biography James is an active visual artist based in Victoria BC, on the unceded territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən People. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria in 2018. Through this degree, James explored various forms of visual art, ranging from large-scale sculpture and installation to video and performance pieces. Following his BFA, James studied architecture at Harvard University and the University of British Columbia. For his graduate project Designing for the Screen And Screams: The Architectural Language of Horror Film Set Design, James combined his interests in architecture and art with his love for all things spooky through the creation of an experiential installation titled Behind Closed Doors.
